...I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for creating such an amazing product which I have utilized and enjoyed for many years now.  Your saddle bag liners are second to none in the industry and myself and many of my fellow riders wouldn’t leave home without them.  Your dedication to our motorcycling lifestyle is much appreciated.

I can assure you that I am truly the happiest one here.  As if your willingness to replace my liners wasn’t totally incredible enough, the offer to move the patches to the new ones is again way above and beyond – seems like a common trait at Kathy’s Journey Designs!
